The housing is not all one thing. Alongside the very large architectural homes there are villas, single-level houses from the estate’s earlier years and apartments, and the electrical work reflects that spread: a straightforward repair or a fan replacement one day, a complete lighting and supply upgrade the next. What is consistent is the water. Deep water frontage on every side means salt reaches external fittings, pontoon circuits and plant enclosures constantly, so specifying for the exposure is not optional here.

How do you handle access across the bridge?
We arrange it before we come. Give us the contact details and any gate or security requirements when you book, and we will make sure our details are with whoever needs them so arrival is not held up. If a caretaker or property manager is letting us in, we deal with them directly and keep you copied in on what was done.
Can you work while we are overseas?
Yes, and it is common. We quote from an onsite assessment, get your written approval remotely, then carry out the work with whoever holds access. You receive photographs of what was done, the certification for the work, and an invoice matching the quote you approved. Nothing extra gets carried out without asking you first.
Do larger homes here really need three phase?
Some do and some do not, and it is worth measuring rather than assuming.
